Sales calls in your calendar.

The edge

Creative decides. Media is the commodity.

Buying media is a solved problem. The algorithms do the targeting now, and every agency is bidding into the same auction with the same tools. What still decides whether a campaign works is whether anyone watches the ad. That is the half we have spent three years doing, at 100,000+ views a video, for the AI companies below.

The half that decides

Creative. Launch videos for Firecrawl, HeyGen, WorkOS, Weglot, Instantly and Origami, plus dozens of YC companies, averaging 100,000+ views. Most agencies outsource this. It is the only thing we have ever done. Watch the work →

The half we are paying for

Media. We started running it in September 2026, so there is no paid-ads case study yet and we will not invent one. That is exactly why we buy it with our own money instead of yours. You risk nothing while we build the track record.

The trade

There are two ways to buy ads.

If the ads do not book calls, you have spent nothing. Not a retainer, not a media budget, not a setup fee. The entire downside sits on our side of the table.

The usual way

You pay a retainerevery month, win or lose
You fund the ad spendyour card, your risk
Agency buys mediaand sends a report
Maybe callsyou paid either way

This way

We make the adsour studio, our cost
We fund the spendour account, our risk
Calls hit your calendarqualified, and they show
Then you payflat rate, per call

Four steps. You are only in two of them, and neither one costs you anything.

1

We audit the offer

Thirty minutes on your buyer, your funnel and what a call is worth to you. We agree exactly what counts as a qualified call, and the flat rate we'll charge for one.

2

We make the ads

Scripts, video, statics and a landing page built to convert — made by the team that makes launch videos for AI startups, not by a media buyer with a stock template.

3

We run and fund them

Our accounts, our money, across the channels your buyer actually uses. We test, kill and rebuild creative weekly. You get dashboard access and a report every Monday.

4

Calls land in your calendar

You take the call. At the end of the month you pay the agreed rate for the qualified calls that showed up. That is the whole invoice.

You pay last. Or never.

The money

One line on the invoice.

What a qualified call is

  • A real person, not a form fill or a bot
  • At a company matching the profile we agree in writing first
  • Booked into your calendar through our funnel
  • Who actually turns up

What you never get billed for

  • No-shows and cancellations
  • Anyone outside the agreed profile
  • Clicks, impressions, leads or MQLs

We write the definition down together before a penny is spent. If a call turns up that does not meet it, flag it within 48 hours and it comes off the invoice — we would rather lose the fee than argue about one call.

The rate per call depends on who you sell to and how hard they are to reach. We quote it after the audit call and it is fixed in writing before anything goes live.

And everything that goes into it

  • Offer, funnel and buyer audit before anything runs
  • Ad angles, scripts and creative direction
  • 5–10 fresh ad variations a month, video and static
  • Landing page designed, built and split-tested
  • Media buying across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and X
  • 100% of the ad spend, funded by us
  • Daily optimisation and weekly creative refresh
  • Booking flow wired straight into your calendar
  • Live dashboard and a Monday performance report
  • Call recordings reviewed so the ads learn from the sales floor
  • Direct line to Adam, no account manager in between
  • Full ownership of every asset, in perpetuity

No tier list, nothing held back for an upsell. We only get paid if the whole machine works, so we run all of it.

Fit and questions

We only take clients we can win with.

Our money is on the outcome, so the qualifying is real. You will hear it on the first call, not three weeks in.

A good fit

B2B software with a real sales call in the funnel, a buyer you can describe in one sentence, and a deal size that makes a booked call clearly worth paying for. Seed to Series B is our sweet spot.

Not a fit

Self-serve products with no sales motion, anything where the call is a formality, and businesses that can't take the calls once they land.

The questions everyone asks

What does a booked call cost?

A flat rate per call, agreed in writing before anything goes live. What it is depends on who you sell to and how hard they are to reach — a CFO at an enterprise costs more to get in front of than a founder at a seed-stage startup. We quote it after the audit call, and it does not change mid-month.

What counts as a qualified call?

A real person, at a company that fits the profile we agree up front, who books time on your calendar and shows up. We write that definition down together before we spend a penny, so there is nothing to argue about later.

Do I pay for no-shows?

No. If they do not turn up, it is not a booked call and it is not billed. That risk sits with us, which is exactly why we care about the quality of the traffic and not just the volume.

You really cover the ad spend?

Yes. Every pound of media budget comes out of our account, not yours. You never top up a balance, never hand over a card, and never see a spend invoice. If a campaign burns money without booking calls, that is our loss.

Everything else

Who owns the ads and the creative?

You do. Every script, every cut, every raw file, every landing page, worldwide and in perpetuity. If we part ways you keep the whole library and can run it yourself.

What do you need from me?

A sales call in your funnel worth paying for, a calendar we can book into, and someone who answers questions quickly in the first two weeks while we learn your buyer. That is it — no creative homework.

Can I stop?

Any month, with notice. There is no lock-in, because there is nothing to lock in — you have not prepaid anything.

Find out what a call costs you.

Thirty minutes with Adam. If we cannot name a flat rate that is profitable for both of us in that half hour, this does not work — and you will know it before we make a single ad.
